Kiltox Products used in Tudor Castle
Kiltox of Greenwich recently supplied Kiltox Mix 132 and Mystosil Damp Proof Spray treatment to be used on the Restaurant wing of the Bodelwyddan Castle in Rhyls Clwyd. The Castle, parts of which were renovated in 1840 by Hansom and Welsh, was in the John Hay Williams family from the 18th century until 1920 when it became a girls school. It is now part of Warner Holidays Ltd, a company within the Rank Group Plc. Kiltox were referred by Paul Wilkins Partnership, in Havant, to supply the products which were used by D J Construction, at the Castle, to eradicate the damp which had been discovered in the Tudor restaurant. Kiltox Mix was used where there was evidence of deep damp penetration and the less affected areas received a spray treatment. Contact Ian Hopkins at Kiltox for further details.
